Order processing
Grandma Lotus is a new business and we are working hard to ensure operational efficiency. Orders will be processed within 1 working day and packages will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. We accept payment by PayNow, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Packages dispatched will take 1-3 working days to reach you. Please see the delivery details below.
Our eventual goal is to ensure that you received your package within the same day, and while we work towards scaling up our operations, we want to thank you for your support for this young business of ours.
For peak order periods during the festive season, order processing will take 3-4 working days instead.
Order cancellations or amendments
Oh no! Cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed once the order has been made. Why would you want to do so anyway? Give our products a try! It makes a darn good gift too.
If you have made a mistake with the shipping address, please contact us with the following information immediately:
- Order number
- Full Name
- The new shipping address
We know these things happen and we would be happy to help. However, if the order has been sent out to the incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.
Deliveries and returns
Deliveries
Deliveries are currently limited to Singapore. Don't worry the rest of the world, we are coming for you!
We work with a few delivery partners to bring your packages to you. Deliveries will reach you in 1-3 working days after your orders have been dispatched. It takes 1-2 working days after payment has been received for us to dispatch your orders.
For peak order periods during the festive season, order processing will take 3-4 working days instead.

Arrangement of self-collection slots is needed. We will reach out to you for self-collection arrangements after payment has been made. For large orders please allow for 1-2 working days of order handling before the self-collection date.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not allowed. We are a small and new business trying to make it in this world so bear with us while we work towards providing you with more flexible return options. Meanwhile, we thank you for your kind understanding!
However, if one of our grandmas has accidentally sent you the wrong products, please reach out to us and we will proceed to arrange for an exchange or refund if the product is no longer available.
